Other Considerations
- Big iBanks will join associations and obtain a signed certificate. I think it is important for the system to allow unassociated iBanks to operate using self-signed certificates.
- A software program could be both client and user. In this case, the software program has its own account and can send and receive funds. For an example from fiction, the computerized textbook in Niel Stephenson's _The Diamond Age_ has its own account which it uses to pay voice actors who read in real-time.

TODO
- calcuate the collision probabilities, as a function of (a) the number of transactions / hour, (b) the number of codes in circulation, (c) the lifetime of the codes and (d) the length of the code
- work out how the GUI can be designed to reduce user error
- work out how to differentiate between errors in ways which enable the errors to be raised in places they can be dealt with while maintaining the security of the system
- create a list of attack models and how the system stands up to them
- a worked example of how machine-to-machine transactions where no user has to type in the actual codes could use (a) substantially longer codes, (b) larger blocks of codes, (c) different denominations (i.e. for micropayments) and (d) different patterns of communications (i.e. block processing of micro-payments to reduce connection initiation overheads).
- Read the history of a central bank (US or UK)
